15th Street Gallery presents new work by Alex Gerrard and Brandt Berntson. A third-generation Utah artist, Gerrard often experiments with new techniques and mediums. Her abstract expressionist style reflects her personal taste, evoking an unexpected, sophisticated, yet primitive mood.
Brandt Berntson approaches painting as a gift through which he hopes to uplift, bring joy, and occasional whimsy. Frequently working from life, he explores light, its manipulation, and the flow and immediacy it brings to his art.
