Salt Lake City
August 23 – October 10
Reception: Saturday, August 23, 4:00–5:30 pm
The Main Library presents Flesh and Sinew, a solo exhibition by Salt Lake City–based artist Kristina Lynae. Through collage, Lynae explores the beauty and vulnerability of the human form—cartilage, skin, muscle, bone—alongside the marks of life such as calluses, wrinkles, and scars. The fragmented and rearranged bodies in her work reflect her journey in reclaiming autonomy and identity after experiences of repression and abuse, using art as a means to confront and transform her relationship with her body.
Venue: The City Library – Main Library
Address: 210 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Hours: Mon–Thu 10 am–8 pm; Fri–Sat 10 am–6 pm; Sun 11 am–5 pm
