Exhibit Reception: Saturday, September 19, 4–5:30 p.m.
TRACE presents relief prints created during a collaborative printmaking workshop led by Saltgrass Printmakers. Inspired by contemporary artist Julie Mehretu, participants used tracing and relief printing to observe the surrounding cityscape and create individual prints that contribute to a larger shared image of the city.
Layering multiple perspectives—from street-level observations to bird’s-eye views—the project creates a collective portrait of Salt Lake City shaped by the community.
