Rheana Gardner is a Cedar City, Utah–based artist and Professor of Photography at Southern Utah University, specializing in historical and alternative photographic processes. Her practice centers on materiality and time—how early methods of capturing light can open new interpretive space around memory, archive, and the act of looking itself. Gardner received her MFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University in 2009.
