UMOCA is seeking a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Visitor Services Attendant to serve as the welcoming face of the museum. As the first — and often only — point of contact for our guests, the Visitor Services Attendant plays a vital role in shaping how visitors experience UMOCA, from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. This is the ideal role for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and wants every visitor to feel welcomed, informed, and inspired.
