A Gallery Salt Lake City is seeking a skilled, career-oriented custom framer to join its staff. Responsibilities include all aspects of custom picture framing, including cutting and joining frames, mat cutting, fitting, ordering materials, shipping and receiving, assisting with artwork deliveries, installing exhibitions, and helping maintain the gallery’s sculpture garden and grounds.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with math and precise measuring, experienced with saws and power tools, and proficient in mat cutting and fitting. The position requires lifting. While direct framing experience is preferred, the gallery is willing to train an exceptional candidate with related skills and a strong commitment to the work.
