In Tantarantán, Mika Rane reflects on her childhood fascination with los diablos — playful, mischievous tricksters that are nothing like the frightening figure of Satan she had heard about in church. Decorated in bright colors, the diablos represented a sense of innocence and freedom that Rane admired. The exhibition explores that childhood perspective and the enduring appeal of these figures.
