Shape Theory Ceramics is seeking proposals for Winter Sublime, a juried exhibition of sculpture and installation that will activate the studio’s street-facing windows this winter. Artists working in any material—including ceramics, wood, metal, glass, fiber, light, and found objects—are invited to propose site-specific installations exploring the atmosphere, texture, scale, light, and stillness of winter. The exhibition is conceived as an invitation where gallery meets street, presenting works visible both day and night. This is an exploratory call to gauge interest, and selected artists may receive a modest stipend.
