Artful Cabriolet RFQ (Park City)

Deadline: May 22, 2026

The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County is seeking Utah-based artists or artist teams to create original artworks for a series of decommissioned Cabriolet cabins as part of Your Legacy on Display: Artful Cabriolets, a fundraising initiative benefiting the Park City Community Foundation. In partnership with Canyons Village Management Association, Vail Resorts Epic Promise Foundation, and Park City Mountain, the project invites artists to respond to the theme “Community in Canyons Village.”

Up to 10 finalists will be selected to develop concepts (with a $250 stipend), from which 6 artists will be commissioned to complete final works. Selected artists will collaborate with donors to refine designs reflecting themes such as mountains, adventure, music, events, or culture. Completed cabins will be installed as outdoor public artworks in Canyons Village.

Each artist will receive a $4,000 all-inclusive commission to design, fabricate, and install artwork covering the full interior and exterior of a Cabriolet cabin. Artists must account for long-term outdoor exposure in an alpine environment.

Eligibility: Utah-based artists (preference for Summit County residents).
