The Program celebrates professional artists’ representations of Great Salt Lake in the forms of visual art, literary art, movement, and sound, as well as hybrid forms.
Participants will be invited to exhibit their work this August at the Sorenson Community Campus gallery and blackbox theater.
A jury comprised of professionals from within the community will choose a winner in each of the four categories. During the exhibition, the winner from each category will be announced and awarded a $1,000 prize.
Art is a form of advocacy, provoking us to see Great Salt Lake in new ways.
