Muralist Jorge Arellano moved from Mexico City to Salt Lake City and began painting murals when he realized his passion for stencil graffiti. Before painting, he played in multiple punk bands. His murals represent the voices of oppressed men, women, and children.This mural faces UTA’s S-Line TRAX. Created May, 2018.
