Step into a world where whimsy and wilderness meet- Matthew Hassing’s solo exhibition presents a fresh, joyous survey of paintings that move between intimate landscapes and energetic patterned panels. This exhibition highlights Hassing’s distinctive voice: a painted balance of calm observation and playful invention.
This show invites visitors to linger and to notice the small marks that make up a leaf, the rhythmic repetition that animates a school of fish, and the compositional choices that link the intimate with the exuberant.
