The Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery presents La Vrille, a public art installation by Paris-based artist elparo. Working primarily with wood and upcycled materials, elparo creates large-scale, site-responsive sculptures that challenge perceptions of gravity and familiar spaces. The installation marks the artist’s debut public art project in the United States.
Volunteers are also invited to assist with installation work at the plaza October 19–23, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
