J. Amber Egbert is a Utah–based studio artist whose practice spans object-making, form, and material exploration across clay and multiple related processes. She received her BS from Utah State University in 1998 and her MFA from Brigham Young University in 2016. In addition to her studio practice, she teaches as adjunct faculty at Utah Valley University. She is the recipient of a Laycock Center for Creative Collaboration grant and a research fellowship from the BYU Department of Graduate Studies. Her work is represented by 15th Street Gallery in Salt Lake City.
