Eileen Collins Vestal, local Utah artist, paints in watercolor and acrylic. Her subjects are predominantly landscapes, many of Italy. She also paints snow, people, flowers, and animals, often in the landscapes.
Eileen has a BS in Art Ed. from SUNY College at Buffalo, and an MS in Ed. from Rochester Institute of Technology
She is presently retired, after a teaching career in public school, community college, and detention facilities.
