Drawing influence from pop art, surrealism, and contemporary portraiture, her practice reflects a deep engagement with personal history, community, and the complexities of identity. Abramshe often incorporates vintage family photos, original drawings, and printmaking into her compositions, embracing mixed media as a way to push beyond the boundaries of any one genre or technique. She holds a BFA from the University of Colorado, a BA in Art Education from Florida International University, and an MFA from the University of Northern Colorado.
