Tim DeChristopher\u201d (2010), single channel HD video.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReasons Andrea was so attractive to us as a candidate for the residency are the caliber of her work and her existing ties to Utah,\u201d explained Kim Martinez, Chair of the Warnock Committee and Associate Professor in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Utah.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez went on to explain that Bowers brings a unique perspective to the university. As part of the residency Bowers is teaching a masters class that will broaden students exposure to a diverse range of art. The community can get a taste of that at her upcoming lecture.
