Fraughton, died this summer at his Utah home after spending over six decades creating art that dots the country\u2019s landscape \u2014 from the Mormon Battalion Monument<i>\u00a0<\/i>in San Diego, California, to The Ancient Ones<i>\u00a0<\/i>at the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park to The Cadet<i>\u00a0<\/i>for Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Near the end of his life, Fraughton became passionate about one last artistic witness. It will also feature a visual arts gallery and classroom space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-raw\">The county on Tuesday announced a partnership with the Miller foundation to construct the arts venue, which will be called the Larry H. &amp; Gail Miller Family Arts Center.
