In 2006, he traveled to New Zealand to study carving under contemporary Maori artists Rangi Kipa and James Te Kuiti Stewart. His passion for education and craft led him to the Pilchuck Glass School in Washington, where he has served as both a student and the wood and metal shop coordinator.<\/p>\n
Jared\u2019s work is a direct extension of his identity, blending traditional techniques with contemporary approaches to create pieces that are both personal and deeply rooted in his heritage and experiences.
