He holds a doctorate in Art Education from Concordia University in Montreal, where his research focused on rethinking and remaking high school art foundations curricula. Jethro teaches full-time at Maple Mountain High School, engaging daily with teenagers through visual arts education. He also mentors undergraduate art education students at local universities.
