Michael oversees and installs gallery exhibits, produces concerts and festivals, and coordinates art demonstrations, educational programs and community celebrations. The Center hosts The Face of Utah Sculpture VI, an annual celebration of all forms of 3-D art, July 8 &#8211; August 26. It was carved by local folk artist Tonga Uaisele. I also own one of his wood carved tapa \u201ccloths\u201d and two tikis. I\u2019ve never seen a man use his bare feet as vice grips before. Astounding.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artistsofutah.org\/15bytes\/images\/0sp0.jpg\" alt=\"design element\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" border=\"0\" \/><span class=\"byline\">What are you reading?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artistsofutah.org\/15bytes\/images\/0sp.jpg\" alt=\"design element\" width=\"16\" height=\"15\" border=\"0\" \/>I am currently reading\u00a0<em>Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter<\/em>\u00a0by Seth Grahame-Smith. Frankly, it is not the best novel about former presidents or vampires.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artistsofutah.org\/15bytes\/images\/0sp0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" border=\"0\" \/><span class=\"byline\">Describe something you remember hanging on the wall in your home growing up:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artistsofutah.org\/15bytes\/images\/0sp.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"15\" border=\"0\" \/>I remember hanging KISS posters on my wall growing up.
