Howe<\/a> with the cover story of its July\/August 2008 edition as well as the lead article on <a href=\"http:\/\/myamericanartist.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"yshortcuts\">MyAmericanArtist.com<\/span><\/a>. Howe&#8217;s &#8220;Zion Overlook,&#8221; a 24-by-30-inch pastel painting, is the cover image with an accompanying eight-page article titled\u00a0&#8220;Four Steps to a Stronger Painting.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>&#8220;I&#8217;m very excited to share art concepts that are basic to the execution of a successful painting,&#8221; syas Howe. &#8220;The article&#8217;s author (Collin Fry) did an excellent job clarifying my thoughts and including the importance of studies.&#8221; Fellow professional artists agree that the article provided a refresher course in the importance of planning. &#8220;I&#8217;m going to re-read it periodically to keep me on the right track,&#8221; wrote Ruth Hurd on the MyAmericanArtist site.<\/div>\n<div>American Artist Magazine was founded in 1937 and is published by Nielsen Media. It claims nearly two million total readers per issue.<\/div>\n<div>Howe is an award-winning artist and a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and American Women Artists.
