Drawing from international and regional artists, musicians, writers, and activists, the exhibition traces the cultural history of global protest movements and considers collective action and public refusal. The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art presentation includes works by the Guerrilla Girls, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Peter Kennard, Judy Chicago and Donald Woodman, and Salt Lake City artist Cara Despain.
