Through layered collages that combine scientific observation, drawing, painting, and textured materials, Wilson explores themes of life cycles, energy transfer, decay, and renewal. Her work examines the interconnected processes of destruction and creation found throughout the natural world, from microbes and insects to geological formations and astronomical phenomena.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson earned her BFA from Weber State University in 2012.
