Through layered compositions and materially sensitive processes, Wentling explores the emotional residue carried by objects, routines, and environments that often go unnoticed. The work navigates themes of vulnerability and containment, inviting viewers to consider how care can be expressed, withheld, or complicated through everyday experience.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Wentling is an artist based in Salt Lake City whose practice centers on painting and mixed media processes.
