Drawing from contemporary social issues, art history, mythology, and narratives connected to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Geilman creates richly layered images that invite sustained looking and interpretation.

Each work is the result of an extensive collaborative process, often requiring four to eight months to complete. Combining photography, staging, costume, symbolism, and digital manipulation, Geilman builds complex visual narratives that balance historical reference with contemporary concerns. Widely exhibited throughout Utah, Southern California, and New York, the artist has established a distinctive practice that merges conceptual rigor with theatrical imagination. This exhibition offers the most comprehensive presentation of her work to date.

St. George Museum of Art
47 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770
435-627-4525
Free Admission

ST.
