Rick Graham, born in 1955 in Provo, Utah, has dedicated his career to depicting the human form. Starting in animation in Salt Lake City, he then worked as a courtroom sketch artist and magazine illustrator. Graham transitioned to academia, teaching drawing and painting at Salt Lake Community College and now specializes in life drawing. He holds degrees from Salt Lake Community College, Utah State University, and a Masters of Fine Art from the University of Utah. His work, part of the Springville Art Museum’s permanent collection, is also showcased at Peterson Contemporary Art in Bend, OR.
