Glass Art Guild of Utah

The Glass Art Guild of Utah is a not for profit organization dedicated to providing a forum to increase exposure and appreciation of art glass in our community, and a networking opportunity for artists and patrons of art glass. Headquartered in Salt Lake but serving the entire state the Guild is a community of artists working cooperatively to support, promote and develop glass art forms by serving the education, networking and information needs of our members.

The Glass Art Guild of Utah holds bi-monthly meetings the third Sunday of every odd month at Spectrum Studios,(196 West Malvern Ave, South Salt Lake). Guild membership is $50 and comes reduced prices on classes – from local and national glass workers – and a spot in the guild’s annual shows.

Classes: Our members enjoy classes and workshops taught by nationally acclaimed glass artists at a fraction of what they would cost elsewhere.

Demonstrations: We provide demonstrations on various techniques and topics at our bi-monthly meetings.

Glass Jams: Members work collectively on various group projects and benefiting

local charities.

Exhibitions: Our members participate in exclusive exhibits at prominent venues throughout the state.

Networking: Our members support one another both informally and through our regular meetings and socials.
