Ruby Chacon’s stunning portrait of Cesar Chavez (pictured above) won first prize at the 2004 Chalk Art Festival. Now, you can join Ruby and other local artists transforming the streets of The Gateway into a gallery of large chalk murals. Amateur and professional artists of all ages are being sought to participate in the June 17th-18th, Chalk Art Festival sponsored by Utah Foster Care Foundation.
