You’ll find this mural on the side of the former home of the Citizen’s Coal Co. on 600 West, also known as Warm Springs Road for the hot/warm springs that were once a place of recreation for pioneer era Utahns, including Brigham Young. Call has painted the letters of his Utah Acme Co. in the Deseret Alphabet, a phonetic system developed by Young to teach immigrants from a variety of countries. It never quite took off.
You can set up a recurring donation. It will be charged automatically to your credit card every month and will be so small you want even feel it, but it will help make big changes in Utah's art community.
