Salt Lake City Arts Council Seeks Art Program Coordinator

We are looking for two Arts Program Coordinators who will work under the direction of either the Public Art Program Manager or the Assistant Director of the Salt Lake City Arts Council to facilitate, oversee development, and implement art projects, special projects and programs, and various city art initiatives. Both positions will be based at the historic Art Barn.

The first position will work under the direction of the Public Art Program Manager, with a working title of Public Art Program Coordinator, coordinating efforts related to our Public Art Program, as well as special projects and programs as directed by the Leadership team of the Arts Council.

The second position will work under the direction of the Assistant Director, with a working title of Special Projects Program Coordinator, coordinating special projects and efforts which reflect the priorities of the Arts Council, the Department of Economic Development, and the Mayor’s Office. Both positions will be responsible for proactively building partnerships; convening community groups; and providing information and technical assistance, as needed, to artists, arts organizations, and the general public.

POSITION SALARY RANGE

$25.16/hr. to $34.32/hr.
