The budget for this project is $166,000 and the deadline to apply is February 10, 2023. Utah artists/artist teams are encouraged to submit letters of interest and qualifications for the creation of artwork for the new Mountainland Technical College in Payson, Utah. The goal of this artwork is to serve as a beacon for the new facility, welcoming visitors as they approach the west entrance. Artists living in the state of Utah or with connections to Utah are eligible for this commission.
