Pam Bowman came to installation later in life, but over the past dozen years she has been making up for lost time, with numerous exhibitions here and abroad that have garnered respect and recognition, as well as a Utah Arts Council Visual Art Fellowship. Her most recent installation is up currently at the Broadway Center Cinemas is Salt Lake City. In this video interview, Bowman discusses the themes and materials that inform her work, as well as the endless happiness that comes with doing laundry.
The founder of Artists of Utah and editor of its online magazine, 15 Bytes, Shawn Rossiter has undergraduate degrees in English, French and Italian Literature and studied Comparative Literature in graduate school before pursuing a career in art.
