Louisa Lorenz, raised in California’s Central Valley, grew up in an artistic environment and painted murals in high school to fund her college education. She graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho, studying under Leon Parson. Lorenz continues to explore her artistic identity through oil paints and currently enjoys plein air painting in Bountiful, Utah, where she resides with her husband.
