David LeCheminant, an artist who works with wood, often reclaimed, appreciates the material’s expressiveness and natural qualities. He values the imperfections in wood as reflections of natural beauty and our own imperfect state. With a background in design and studio art, LeCheminant initially pursued a business career before returning to art. Over the past two decades, he has explored wood, glass, metal, and mixed media. His work has been showcased in multiple cities across the United States, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, New York, and Cincinnati.
