In Connections with Heaven, Julia Nilsson shares a deeply personal collection of works exploring how she experiences the divine through nature, love, gratitude, and motherhood. Each piece reflects her ongoing spiritual journey—an effort to feel heaven more fully amidst the pressures of everyday life.
Through representations of herself in moments of contemplation, Nilsson explores her relationship with God, the sacredness of the natural world, and the spiritual insight found in human connection—especially among women and mothers. While rooted in her own story, the work invites fellow seekers to reflect on their own pathways to divinity and connection.
