Chuck Landvatter, a Salt Lake City native, merges traditional artistry with modern design and street art flair in his work. With a BS in Interpersonal Communications and an MFA in Drawing & Painting from Utah State University, Landvatter’s academic and teaching background has deeply influenced his art. His pieces often reflect on the evolving perceptions within our digital social spheres, drawing from his life in the Intermountain West. His experience as an educator in art and design, including roles as a Visiting Lecturer and Assistant Professor, has honed his ability to communicate through a fusion of classic and contemporary visuals. Chuck’s work is a dialogue between past and present, engaging viewers in a conversation about the intersection of community, communication, and art.
